This Privacy Policy explains how Cedric Bryant DBA Sets & Reps(“Sets & Reps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit srfitness.studio or contact us through this website. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us.When you fill out our application form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, your monthly training budget range, your primary goal, a description of what you’re currently struggling with, and your timeline for getting started. We also record whether you checked each of our two SMS consent boxes, when, and the version of the consent wording shown to you. If you complete an optional quiz (when available), we collect your name, your Instagram or Facebook handle, and your answers.

Information collected automatically. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible is a privacy-focused, cookieless service: it sets no cookies, does not create a persistent identifier for you, and does not follow you across other websites or devices. It records the pages you view, actions you take, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, the country your visit came from, and the referral or campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from. Your IP address is used only momentarily to derive an anonymous, daily-rotating visitor count, and is never stored.

Advertising measurement.We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and this site loads the Meta Pixel on every page. The Pixel tells Meta which pages you viewed and which of our ads you responded to. When you submit our application form or book a session, we also pass your email address and phone number to the Pixel so Meta can match your enquiry to the ad you clicked; Meta’s script converts them into a one-way hash in your browser before sending, so Meta receives the hashed values rather than the plain text. Meta uses this to measure our ad performance and to build advertising audiences.

Information stored on your device.To keep the experience consistent across pages, we store some information in your browser’s local and session storage — including the name, phone, and email you submitted and any campaign parameters. This data stays on your device, is not encrypted, and is removed when you clear your browser storage.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about training.
• To assess whether we’re a good fit and direct you to schedule a discovery session or to appropriate follow-up.
• To schedule and confirm your discovery session.
• To measure how our ads and website are performing and to improve them.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information with the advertising and analytics providers listed below — which California law treats as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Apart from that, we share your information only with service providers that help us operate this site and follow up with you:

• Slack— form submissions are sent to our internal team channel as notifications.
• Plausible Analytics— privacy-focused, cookieless website usage analytics. Plausible is operated in the European Union and reports only aggregate statistics; it does not receive your name, email address, or phone number.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram)— the Meta Pixel, used to measure our advertising and to build advertising audiences, as described above.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector— our booking calendar and customer-relationship tool, which we also use to follow up by email and text message.
• Vidalytics— hosting and playback for videos on the site.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr— content-delivery networks that serve fonts and scripts; they receive standard request logs (such as your IP address) when your browser loads those files.

SMS consent and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and analytics

Plausible Analytics, which we use to measure how the site is used, sets no cookies at all and stores nothing on your device. The Meta Pixel does set its own cookies (such as _fbp) to connect an ad click to what you do on this site. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, turn on your browser’s tracking-protection features, or change how Meta uses your data in your Meta ad preferences.

We want to be transparent: this site does not currently display a cookie-consent banner, and the Meta Pixel loads when the page loads. You can still opt out at any time using the controls above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations. Lead and customer-relationship records are retained by us and in the tools listed above; Plausible holds only aggregate, non-personal statistics for as long as our account is open; Meta retains Pixel data according to its own retention policies; and information stored in your browser remains until you clear it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at info@srfitness.studio.

Text messaging

Our forms offer two separate, optional text message consents, and you can agree to either, both, or neither. By providing your phone number and checking the first box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Cedric Bryant DBA Sets & Reps about appointment confirmation, reminders, follow-ups, and support-related communication. By checking the second box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Cedric Bryant DBA Sets & Reps about special offers, promotions, and events. We send each type of message only to people who agreed to that type. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from us.

California residents.Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information. We do not sell your personal information, but we do share it for advertising as described above. To opt out of that sharing, email us at info@srfitness.studio and we will stop it for you, block cookies in your browser, or adjust your Meta ad preferences. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We protect this site with HTTPS encryption, security headers, a content security policy, and input sanitization on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and information stored in your browser is not encrypted, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to or embed third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
